We understand how expensive weddings can be so we charge a minimal security deposit with an affordable minimum bar spend on the night so the cash bar is then free for you. This gives you more money to spend on other areas of the big day. Your guests can pay for their drinks on the night by cash or by credit/debit card as we have mobile card machines. All drinks are usually charged between £1.50 and £7 depending on their ingredients and their complexity. Another option you can opt for is to go for a TAP BAR or put some money behind the bar where we can create a bespoke full bar package for you and once the package has run out then you can revert to a normal Cash Bar Hire Service.
WHAT’S INCLUDED Our cash bar service includes:Typically for a wedding of 100+ guests, we would charge a £500 security deposit with a £1500 minimum bar spend on the night which is easily achievable. In the event we happen not to reach the minimum spend then the different would just be take out of the security deposit before it’s refunded back to you.
Depending on your location, there may be a small hire fee to cover travel costs, We provide our bar services for over 100 weddings per year so you can trust us to provide the best possible service for your guests.
When you host a wedding with a cash bar, you’re asking guests to pay for their own drinks throughout the event, whether with credit cards or actual cash. The point is that you, the host, are not covering the cost.
What Are the Pros of Having a Cash Bar?Will a cash bar save you money? Technically, yes. But if you’re thinking about going this route so you can spend elsewhere, you’ll likely do more harm than good. “Guests aren’t going to remember over-the-top flowers if they’re pulling out their wallet,” says Laura Ritchie of Grit & Grace, an event design firm in Washington, D.C. “What they’re going to remember is taking out their credit card.”

Now it’s time to celebrate, with the first stop being the drinks reception. This is the time to raise a glass or two with your husband or wife and start the day with your friends and family. Today we’re sharing our top three ideas on what to serve during your drinks reception.
This is a classic for good reason. No matter what time of year it is, everyone loves a glass of fizz, one of our most popular bubbly cocktail is Bellini made from Fresh peach purée and topped up with Prosecco.
Another option for the non drinkers is ro provide a very popular elderflower fizz made from fresh elderflower syrup, fresh lime juice and topped up with sparkling water. plus it’s the traditional drink with which to toast the happy couple.
Or you can go the classic way where you and your guests are welcomed by a classic bubbly Prosecco or for a more fancy way you can opt for a champagne glass

Did it ever happen that you had your personal drinks corner but no bartender? This situation is no more a bother if you can polish your bartender’s skills under our expert mixers and waiters. To create some sparkling drinks and serve them in style without breaking any glasses, our guidance will pay off!
For example one of our pre paid packages starts from £995 and includes 100 x cocktails that also comes with a mobile bar, glassware, ingredients for 100 x drinks, garnishes, ice and also 1 x professional mixologists.
At Private Bartender we proud ourselves in providing some of the most exquisite cocktails and Mocktails that are made fresh on the day. Our cocktails are made from fresh herbs, premium spirits and with our homemade syrups which is what also makes our bar hire company so special!!
We all know that a A good cocktail is like a work of art. So much time, effort and creativity goes into these incredible mixtures and believe me we appreciate it! Deciding what type of cocktail to serve can be quite hard sometimes especially when you have so many to chose from. And if that’s not enough then we can also create a bespoke cocktail menu that will suits you and your other half.
To be safe we always recommend the Classic Gin&Tonic and perhaps spice it up with a rhubarb syrup or for a more limey flavour go for Gin & Tonic with spicy ginger syrup.
Wedding reception package to include :Mojitos are hard not to smile over. They are crisp, cool and always a favourite at the cocktail bar. A generous hand with the mint means they will not only taste great but look stunning as they come over the bar. A word of warning, traditional mojito recipes can take a heavy hand with the rum and you may want to tone down quantities if you want guests to be standing by the time you get to the first dance. There are plenty of alcohol-free mojito recipes available, meaning you can give none drinking guests a booze-free alternative. Mix up a traditional mojito by adding a shot of flavour and creating a bespoke cocktail just for your wedding.
